Understanding Rush Services and Fees at Bermuda Dental Studio

At Bermuda Dental Studio, we strive to provide high-quality, hand-crafted dentures and removable prosthetics to meet the needs of our clients. While we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, it's important to remember that these appliances are custom-made, and quality craftsmanship takes time. The lab is solely operated by one technician who works with multiple local dental offices, so we need to manage our time carefully to ensure that every case gets the attention it deserves.

Rush Orders: How They Work

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and you may need your dentures sooner than originally estimated. However, rush orders must be communicated and agreed upon with the lab in advance. Sending a case without prior notice and expecting it to be expedited can lead to disappointment, as we can't always guarantee a faster turnaround.

To maintain fairness and meet everyone's needs, we prioritize offices with existing cases, as those deadlines may be impacted if we adjust our schedule for a rush order. We do our best to accommodate when possible, but the lab reserves the right to decline rush orders to avoid any delays or dissatisfaction.

Rush Fees and Active Client Priority

Rush services are reserved for active clients who regularly work with Bermuda Dental Studio. This helps us build strong relationships and ensure ongoing collaboration. One-off cases are less likely to be accommodated for rush services, as we aim to maintain quality and consistency for our dedicated clients.

If you're an active client and have an urgent case, please contact us to discuss the timeline and rush fee. We'll do everything we can to meet your needs while ensuring that the quality of our work remains top-notch.

Thank you for understanding, and for trusting Bermuda Dental Studio with your dental prosthetic needs!
